Empowering Families and Student Athletes

Navigating youth sports should feel like game time—not guesswork.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

Elite Sports Connect was born from a need that my wife and I felt as parents of a middle‑school athlete navigating the world of AAU basketball. Like so many families, we wrestled with the uncertainty, confusion, and pressure of making the right decisions for our son’s future. There was no single place to turn for guidance.

We were fortunate to lean on a village of trusted experts, coaches, and mentors, but even with those connections, the journey was full of ups, downs, doubts, and tough decisions. That lived experience birthed Elite Sports Connect—a platform built to give parents and young athletes the tools, resources, and strategies they need to navigate every angle of youth sports.

ESC is about more than performance. It’s a community where athletes can connect, engage, and grow—on and off the court. Whether you’re searching for the best trainers, deciphering NIL opportunities, or simply learning how to support your child’s development, our goal is to put trusted insight at your fingertips so you can move with confidence every step of the way.

Thank You,

Sabai Burnett
